MINDFUL COOKING
In small groups, we prepare meals with mindfulness and experience food as something valuable that puts time and enjoyment over efficiency. This retreat invites you to perceive preparing, chewing and digesting as a mindful process and changing the view of nutrition. IN | WARD - INNE | HALTEN means here to recognize the value of the time you give yourself to consciously deal with food. This creates space for leisure and mindfulness, away from efficiency thinking.
REGISTRATION AND PRICES: Participation in all four retreat weekends costs CHF 3,550. The weekends can be booked individually for CHF 950. Single room supplement The number of participants is limited in order to offer each participant an individual experience.
